Double century completed!
After 12 hours of cycling (and a bit for food shopping...) we completed our 200 miles. I now feel quite sore and tired.

On the 6th of August (weather-permitting), I'm going to attempt a 200mile cycle with a friend - in one day!

Now you've got your quick release kit, lets modify it!
One thing that the Garmin Forerunner (and Edge) units do not cater for is the possibility of rides lasting longer than the stated 10hr battery life (Ironman, double century...). Here I modify the Garmin bike mount to be used with a USB battery pack.
